Woman Killed During Illegal Drag Race on Chicago's South Side Sunday

A 40 year old woman who was standing on a sidewalk was struck and killed during an illegal street drag race between a Hyundai Veloster and a Nissan GT-R Sunday night on the south side of Chicago, according to CPD.

Dramatic on-scene video footage shows CPD Vehicles being Damaged After Responding To Reports of Drag Racing, and the police are forced to retreat after the group becomes unruly and violet towards the responding officers.
