DHS reps did meet with two teens who's father was being detained at the facility.
The closest protestors can get is approximately one block with concrete barriers erected. The closer fence line has been removed and protestors forced to stay further away than in the beginning of the protests several weeks ago.
No violence was witnessed at all, and in fact anti-ICE and pro-ICE supporters engaged in civil discourse without even raising their voices towards each other, sans one pro-ice/Trump supporter who chose to use a megaphone and cried out "trumps your daddy" dozens of times.
