Vehicle Crashes into Morton Grove Culvers on Dempster Avenue just after 4pm Monday.
Work crews were on scene exacting repairs to the currently closed Culvers, located at 7310 W Dempster St | Morton Grove, IL 60053.
An elderly driver accidentally left the roadway and careened int the restaurant, leaving four customers with minor injuries after being transported to Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
"There was a family sitting inside the restaurant at the time the car came through," Morton Grove Fire Chief Ralph Ensign said.
The driver was not injured but was ticketed for improper lane usage, police said.
