A customer was taken from a Niles McDonalds located at Milwaukee & Oakton Saturdayfor undisclosed reasons.

Niles EMS and Police were on the scene Saturday afternoon as the situation unfolded.

No word on who the individual was, what the cause was or what their current condition is.
