Massive Historic Flooding Hits The North Shore Friday Night Niles & Morton Grove Were Hit HARD.
Dempster avenue from Notre Dame HS to Waukegan roads and areas to the south of Dempster were hit with massive, historic flooding as up to 2ft of water was in many places.
Vehicles were seen, on video getting stuck in the flood waters, no less than 9 vehicles were disabled after the flooding following a massive storm that also left hail.
Morton Grove police had vehicles diverted from going westbound before Shermer, but nothing to prevent vehicles from going east bound and 9 vehicles got stuck and disabled because of the water.
