Niles Concert in the Park Series At Oak Park

The Niles Park District Concert In The Park Series Rolls On Friday night with an Elton John tribute band.

The band played a 90 minute set with lots of Elton John's famous hits like Norma Jean, Bennie & The Jets, YellowBrick Road, and others. The band also included a sax player who did a nice solo as well.

Good sized crowd on hand, lots of kids playing in the park area. Niles police were on hand to keep an eye on things as well.

The Concert in the Park series runs thru the end of August, featuring local bands, food, and occasionally a petting zoo/ride section with horses.
