Pro-Palestine March Downtown Chicago Saturday March 16

Pro-Palestinian supporters who are against the continued war on Gaza marched in a peaceful protest Saturday, March 16, 2024.

The protest march coincided with the annual St. Patrick's Day festivities in downtown Chicago, both of which contributed to lots of pedestrian & traffic congestion.

The protest march focused on the on-going violence in the Gaza strip where up to 35,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in the past several months.

Protesters held up signs and chanted various slogans as they marched down Wacker Drive, with a police presence as well.
