Two Vehicle Accident in Niles Milwaukee & Oakton

A Halloween morning crash involving 2 vehicles in Niles on Oakton Street, just east of Milwaukee closed Oakton Street from Milwaukee Avenue to Harlem Avenue for several hours.

The NORTAF Major Crash Assistance Team (MCAT), 'which exists to assist member
agencies with the investigation of fatal and severe injury motor vehicle crashes' was onsite, so most likely a major injury or death occurred as a result of this accident.

No word on the cause of the accident, as Niles police were mum on giving out any details at all on the situation.
