Two Drivers Seriously Injured in Skokie Crash Friday Night

Excessive speed appears to be a factor in a Friday night crash in Skokie at the intersection of Church & Keeler.

A late model Infiniti, possibly a Q50 is seen with major front end damage after the driver blew a stop sign and T-Boned a late model SUV, which came to rest only feet from a nearby house. Two other vehicles sustained damage as a result of the collision.

According to officials, at approximately 10pm Friday, the sedan was traveling at speeds of up to 100mph on Keeler and blew thru a stop sign, t-boning the SUV, ejecting the driver of the SUV, a 60-yr-old man.

Two other parked vehicles suffered damage as a result of the crash, and both drivers involved were taken to local hospitals where their conditions were stabilized.

No word on any charges as of yet but considering the known facts thus far, it seems reasonable the driver of the Infiniti sedan will be facing charges.
