Motorcyclist Killed in Franklin Park Crash Early Monday Morning

According to news reports & Franklin Park police, the crash happened at approximately 2am near Mannheim & Belmont.

According to police, the man riding the motorcycle was going northbound on Mannheim and crashed with a car also going northbound on Mannheim.

The motorcycle driver died after the crash and has been identified as Alfonso M. Murillo, 35, of Schiller Park.

Several area roads were closed during the accident investigation and were reopened as of 10:20am Monday.

As of Monday afternoon, there has been no word on who was at fault or if the driver of the car the cycle crashed with will be facing any charges.
