National No Kings Rallies Were Held Across The USA, with Chicago being one of the major cities involved. Several Chicago suburbs also held rallies including Highland Park, Oak Park, Schuamburg, Mount Prospect, McHenry, Evanston and others.

The rallies were held to offset the US Army military parade as well as President Trump's 79 birthday parade in Washington, D.C.

The rallies were sponsored and coordinated by the NoKings.com website and included the 'Indivisible' organization as well as 50501.

Thousands of peaceful protestors showed up at the various locations and no problems were either seen or reported.

The rally and march in downtown Chicago was in fact met with a large number of CPD who basically corralled the marchers into a small, confined space.

The gathering in Highland Park was at City Hall, across from the Metra station, with 2 blocks blocked off from traffic and had several HPPD present.

The Mount Prospect gathering at the intersection of Northwest Highway and Main Street had upwards of 2000 people attending, according to this reporters' estimate.

Lots of people holding signs, with a rally chant breaking out while being led by an organizer who used a megaphone.

The protest/rally/gathering in Mount Prospect was orderly and civil, with lots of horn honking in support of the marchers' message, as well as some who did flip the 'bird' and also revved their car engines aggressively, possibly attempting to intimidate the crowd.
