Pair Charged In March Assault at Niles Spa

According to FOX news, based on information provided by Niles Police, a Justice couple have been charged in connection with an incident that occurred at the King Spa in Niles on March 29 of this year.

The suspects were both charged with one misdemeanor count of theft of labor or services, the male suspect also is charged with one felony count of aggravated battery as well.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
