A construction worker confirmed a 2 story 3 store retail strip mall was going up at Milwaukee & Oakton Oak Mill mall.
The only spot currently spoken for is a Starbucks with drive thru, the remaining two units have not yet been spoken for and it remains to be seen what other establishments will wind up taking up the other two units within the new construction.
The construction calls for a 2-story facade, but the retail units will in fact be just one story high.
