Election day 2024 has come and gone, and with it a new President in Donald Trump has been elected with 294 electoral votes against Kamala Harris' 224.
I was an Election Judge and Polling Place Technician, working 16 hours on Election Day.
Not one single vote was stolen or switched, at least from what I've seen thus far.
There are at least 4 different checks & balances in place to prevent ballots from being stolen, switched or manipulated:
1) Paper ballots you fill out manually and the paper ballots that print out using the touch screen. Both are saved to be reconciled later.
2) The scanner records each ballot scanned, again to be reconciled later.
3) The scanner uploads all the vote tallies to a secure server AND also has this information on a digital card, and this information is once again later reconciled to check for accuracy.
4) The number of check-ins vs. the number of ballots cast are reconciled, so as to eliminate any chance of more or less votes than what the number of people voting was.
