Timothy Jackson, 32, a convicted felon, appeared at a hearing Tuesday afternoon where Judge Margaret O'Connnell handed down the sentence. The sentencing comes after Jackson was found guilty in two separate trials in 2024.
According to on-line court records, the charges included unlawful firearm possession at a 7-Eleven and a violent home invasion back in 2021.
Jackson's first guilty finding was on July 26, 2024 when he was found guilty of aggravated unlawful restraint & two weapons counts in relation to the home invasion in 2021.
Jackson's second guilty finding happened on December 11, 2024 where he was found guilty of 2 counts of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon for a 2020 incident at a Wheaton 7-11.
