St. John Beowolf Fantasy Carnival Runs This Weekend on Harlem Avenue in Niles
There is live music with a beer tent for only 21 and older that costs $5 for admission, but the music is plenty loud you can hear it blocks away.
Ticket prices are thru the roof this year with prices being $5 for only 4 ride tickets, with most rides needing more than that so any ride will be at least $5 for a 45 second thrill.
