Carvana's Skokie Car Tower Put On Hold Due To Legal Issues With The State.
The auto retailer Carvana had previously been granted license to build an 11-story car tower at 9757 Woods Drive, Skokie, but that is now on hold pending legal issues the auto dealer is having with properly licensing and plating of vehicles it sells to people in Illinois.
