Amazon Workers On Strike In Gage Park Demanding Better Wages & Conditions.
After a year which has seen record profits for Amazon and it's founder, Jeff Besos, Amazon has raised wages but not to the level workers feel is enough for the work they do.
The walkout comes amid scrutiny over Amazon's policies after tornadoes hit central Illinois and 6 workers were killed when an Amazon warehouse collapsed.
